Through this scholarship, Pragyati Scheme aims to elevate the status and wellness of woman, particularly those from low-income families. It is anticipated that as more girls continue their education, they will take advantage of the chance to learn things that would enable them to support themselves financially.
Girls are supposed to have a stronger foundation for their adult lives thanks to their schooling and improved social and emotional development, even if they do marry soon after turning 18 in some cases. So this scholarship offers a waiver on the fee of the HR Management course. The target group is girls and women interested in programs which are involved in HR management, including diploma and certification courses. Qualified applicants can apply for the Scholarship.

Purpose- Woman Empowerment in HR Domain: As it turns out, when big recruitment companies surveyed CEOs and board directors (mainly of Fortune 500 companies), they found that 57% of female candidates had the same qualifications as male candidates. In contrast, only 22% of supervisors in those same organizations reportedly perceive women to be as qualified or more qualified than men for promotion opportunities. Additionally, these biases have contributed towards the diminishing woman representation we see revealed within industry.
