Industry Fellowship in Applied HR Practice

Overview

The IIHRSM Industry Fellowship in Applied HR Practice is a professional development initiative designed to promote applied learning, practical exposure, and research in Human Resource Management.

This fellowship aims to bridge the gap between academic HR knowledge and real-world organizational practices. It provides an opportunity for selected graduates and working professionals to engage with industry mentors, participate in hands-on HR projects, and contribute to IIHRSM's mission of "Developing the Indian HR Industry." This initiative is conducted in the public and professional interest as part of IIHRSM's non-commercial educational programs.

Objectives of the Fellowship

To provide practical exposure to HR systems, policies, and operations.
To build a national platform for young professionals and academicians in HR.
To create a network of HR Fellows who contribute to India's human resource development agenda.

Fellowship Application Process

3. Evaluation & Selection: Applications reviewed by the Selection Committee, Shortlisted candidates notified via email.

4. Enrollment: Selected & interested fellows must confirm participation through nominal admin support fee payment (for administrative & digital infrastructure).

5. Induction & Commencement: Orientation session prior to start of fellowship.
