The IIHRSM Industry Fellowship in Applied HR Practice is a professional development initiative designed to promote applied learning, practical exposure, and research in Human Resource Management.
This fellowship aims to bridge the gap between academic HR knowledge and real-world organizational practices.
It provides an opportunity for selected graduates and working professionals to engage with industry mentors, participate in hands-on HR projects, and contribute to IIHRSM's mission of "Developing the Indian HR Industry."
This initiative is conducted in the public and professional interest as part of IIHRSM's non-commercial educational programs.
On successful completion, fellows will be awarded: Certificate of Fellowship in Applied HR Practice (Industry Fellowship Program)
1. Submit Application: Submit your application via mail with the information below.
2. Attach Document: (1) Latest educational certificate, (2) Marksheet with 60% mark, (3) Government ID (PAN/Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence).
3. Evaluation & Selection: Applications reviewed by the Selection Committee, Shortlisted candidates notified via email.
4. Enrollment: Selected & interested fellows must confirm participation through nominal admin support fee payment (for administrative & digital infrastructure).
5. Induction & Commencement: Orientation session prior to start of fellowship.

The Fellowship is an independent academic program of the Integrated Institute of HR Science & Management (IIHRSM). IIHRSM has the right to reject any application.
