The Indian Institute of HR Science & Management publishes "The Biannual Daybook," a Human Resource Management Review Journal, twice a year.
The research at IIHRSM consists of a variety of parts. First, there is a Working Paper series that enables faculty members and students to publish rough copies of their conclusions and disseminate them for criticism. Second, as said earlier the journal is published twice a year by IIHRSM. The IIHRSM Faculty is also in charge of writing blogs and articles for the general media that are both related to research and not.
The journal encourages articles and management-related research in a variety of areas, including human resource management, organisational behaviour, financial management, international business, industrial relations & labour laws, knowledge management, environmental management, data analysis and decision making, technology and operations management, strategic management, ethics in management, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, general management, and intellectual property.
We are interested in receiving articles on original research that is relevant to general readers as well as innovative hypotheses on the aforementioned subjects for publishing in "The Biannual Daybook," which will be released next year.
Please make sure that articles are produced in accordance with the IIHRSM Guidelines, and that they meet the accepted criteria. Mail …. For more help
