Notice: The entire course fee for Industry Fellowship in Applied HR Practice, has been Fully waved off (Zero) for the current Fellowship session (25-26), for limited number of eligible and selected candidates. An administrative charge of ₹3,000 is applicable towards processing, certification, and digital access facilities.

A testing assessment is a series of measurements across a wide range of different variables taken over a period of time. These can be gathered for a variety of reasons, such as to evaluate the effectiveness of a course curriculum or to assess the progress of an employee or student. They can also be used to measure the progress of an individual over time, such as in sports or medicine.

There are several different types of testing assessments. They include:
1) Written testing - This includes tests that are administered by someone other than the taker themselves, such as essays or exams. These tests have the potential to be more accurate than self-assessments because they don't rely on participant knowledge or experience bias.
2) Interpersonal testing - This includes things like surveys and interviews, which require participants to provide information about themselves in order to complete them. It's usually considered more reliable than written tests because it allows researchers to observe how participants interact with each other.
3) Observation - This requires people to look at something without being able to take notes or record what they see. This type of observation is often used for research purposes and can be useful for noting potential trends or errors in how people behave.
