Notice: The entire course fee for Industry Fellowship in Applied HR Practice, has been Fully waved off (Zero) for the current Fellowship session (25-26), for limited number of eligible and selected candidates. An administrative charge of ₹3,000 is applicable towards processing, certification, and digital access facilities.

The Institute of HR Science & Management (IHRSM) is a premier research institute dedicated to advancing the science and practice of human resource management. The study of employee motivation – Looking at how employees are motivated when faced with various scenarios, from low-stakes tasks to high-stakes tasks. This will help HR professionals not only know what motivates employees most in their specific roles but also how they can motivate their own employees in order to raise overall productivity levels across an organization.

Milestone recognition – Recognizing milestones across an organization as well as rewarding employees for reaching these milestones through monetary incentives or non-monetary rewards such as recognition programs or special events. This will help keep employees motivated throughout their career and shows that the organization recognizes their hard work both inside and outside the office.
