The Institute of HR Science & Management (IHRSM) is a premier research institute dedicated to advancing the science and practice of human resource management. Operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, IHRSM’s mission is to advance the human resources management field through innovative research and scholarship. The institute’s activities include scholarly research, conferences, public engagement programs, mentoring, and training. IHRSM strives to foster research collaborations with other organizations and institutions around the world, as well as to contribute to the development of the human resources management field through its work in scholarly research.

The study of employee motivation – Looking at how employees are motivated when faced with various scenarios, from low-stakes tasks to high-stakes tasks. This will help HR professionals not only know what motivates employees most in their specific roles but also how they can motivate their own employees in order to raise overall productivity levels across an organization.

Milestone recognition – Recognizing milestones across an organization as well as rewarding employees for reaching these milestones through monetary incentives or non-monetary rewards such as recognition programs or special events. This will help keep employees motivated throughout their career and shows that the organization recognizes their hard work both inside and outside the office.
