The Indian Institute of HR Science & Management (IIHRSM) is an institute dedicated to the development of human resources professionals and management. IIHRSM offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. The institute also offers certification programmes for HR professionals and management professionals to validate their skills and knowledge.

It was established by a group of enthusiastic professionals and is affiliated with the Ministry of Education Govt. India. The institute started with four departments - Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Analytics and Managerial Economics.

Later, IIHRSM added two more departments – Leadership Development & Coaching and Investment Management - to its existing six departments. The institute has impressive facilities like a state-of-the-art auditorium, a library with over 1,000 books on management subjects, multiple seminar halls and a computer lab with internet connectivity.
