The Institute of HR Science & Management (IIHRSM) is an autonomous, non-profit educational trust established by the HR science community for the purpose of delivering high quality, non-profit education & to promote scientific research and management education in HR science, transfer active learning skills and disseminate knowledge in HR science and management.

Through research reports, development evaluations, briefings, seminars, media appearances, and our website we aim to train HR professionals in HR science at all levels, and provide a platform for exchange of knowledge between scholars from both inside and outside.

All of its work is primarily directed at HR professionals , business executives, professionals, journalists, and all people interested in a serious understanding of Human Resource management policy, the economy, and all other significant organizational developments.

The IIHRSM offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in HR science. The institute is affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India and has ties with many universities and institutions in India and abroads.

It was started with a focus on bridging the gap between practicing professionals and academia by providing hands-on learning opportunities and mentorship to students. The IHRSM has three campuses: in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar and Chennai. The institute runs two full-time undergraduate degree programs, a postgraduate diploma course in management, leadership, general management and HRM. In addition to this, the institute also facilitates short term training programs for professionals from all industries.

It does not charge tuition fees, but does not offer any placement aid either. This allows it to offer only the highest quality education at affordable prices, while also ensuring that students can continue their studies even if they do not have the financial resources to pay for them themselves. Furthermore, with Brain-Trust council behind the back, IHRSM today is regarded as one of the the most innovative Institute Initiative taken in Human Resource Management Industry which plays a vital role to the HR management across the country. The Journal and Blogging Club at IIHRSM collaborates with IIHRSM Brain-Trust to host conferences, and the publishing programme is expanding. It seeks to uphold its developmental philosophy, show its dedication, and maintain its editorial and research independence.
